Round 3 Bynoe Harbour 21st – 22nd August 2021 – Information & Boundary

The boundary for Bynoe Harbour is outlined below.

As COVID restrictions are still in force please make sure you adhere to the current restrictions

  1. When out fishing with mates and can not maintain 1.5 mtr social distancing please wear a mask.
  2. When in public places and at boat ramps and can not maintain social distancing please wear a mask

Please use common sense and maintain social distancing where possible.  If unable to please ensure you are wearing mask, it is up to all of us to make sure we abide by the NTG rules for COVID restrictions.

Please take care when travelling to and from the competition we are currently in a high fire danger period so ensure you keep up to date with current warnings.  Wildlife are present all year round especially during the fire season when they are escaping fires, please remain vigilant when on the roads.

Make sure you check all your safety gear before leaving for the competition and make sure you carry at least 4 litres of water per person per day while out on the water as the days are getting warmer and heat and sun stroke are a real danger.

You may fish anywhere inside the marked boundary. Please bear in mind any ‘no go’ zones in place.

Capture returns need to be uploaded to the website no later than 6pm on Monday 23rd August 2021.

As usual I would appreciate some high-resolution photos of competitors holding fish as well as any other good shots for use in media. Please email them to regis_martin@hotmail.com  or  evan.dixon@ntschools.net

The ‘other species’ for the Round will be the longest Salmon.
